When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, typically within 24-48 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Which Hot Wheels ship with protective cases?
All qualifying Mattel Hot Wheels Mainline and Premium Line vehicles ship in sterling protector cases. In some instances, specialty Mainline and Premium Hot Wheels (such as Premium F1 vehicles) do not fit in standard protector cases. These items are noted as so in the item description and will NOT ship with Sterling Protector cases.
How does T&T Toys package orders?
At T&T Toys, we are collectors first, and business owners second. With that in mind, we take great care in how we handle and ship products. For starters, all qualifying Mainline and Premium Hot Wheels ship in Sterling Protective cases (the best in the industry!). We also use premium boxes and packing materials to ensure that your order arrives to you safely.
Does T&T Toys take pre-orders?
No, at this time, we do not take pre-orders. Rest assured, if you see an item for sale at T&T Toys, it's in-hand and ready to ship!
